What should I do if I have sales but don’t want to share my customer’s information?

You can blackout or remove customer information on the sales summaries and invoices you share back with Extu, however, please be sure to include the following information that we require this for reporting purposes:

  • Invoice date
  • Invoice #
  • Product description
  • Qty
  • Product Price
  • Product
  • Customer Name/Company Name

Our reporting of closed sales data to sponsors consists of aggregated and anonymized data for the purposes of validating the effectiveness of the campaigns. Some sponsors require us to share more detailed closed sales data.

In line with our commitment to GDPR principles, we seek to protect personally identifiable information and limit sharing of more detailed information to the domain level, where possible. See our General Terms of Service for more information.

Closed sales reporting is not required for Insurance and Finance Programs
