Our service agreement maintains that you legally own your subscriber list and are responsible for its management and compliance. We do not share it with vendors or send any other marketing materials outside of the campaigns you authorize us to send through this program.

We only share information with third parties for the purposes of providing or optimizing our services. See our General Terms of Service for more details.

In terms of who at your company has access to your list, that is determined by the primary account owner. By default, all users added to your Campaign Monitor account can see and manage your list.

The Extu team also has access to your Campaign Monitor account for the purposes of providing our services to you. To understand how we treat the personal information we collect from you, please review our Privacy Notice.
