I need to make changes but my campaign has already been sent, what can I do?

Unfortunately, after your campaign is sent it can no longer be edited.

Any changes made to your account will reflect on your next available campaign. We suggest reaching out to your Partner Marketing Consultant to ensure it will be processed correctly as requested.

Note: Your Extu campaigns are set up to send four business days after the date you receive your first draft. Please make sure to review your campaign and request or make changes within this time frame.
