When trying to authentication your email sending domain in Campaign Monitor and are receiving this error message ” This domain has already been authenticated with another account\u201d then it’s likely your domain has already been\u00a0authenticated with another account.<\/p>\n
Follow the steps in the \u201cCopy records from your authenticated account<\/u><\/strong><\/a>\u201d<\/strong> section outlined below:<\/p>\n Click your profile image at the top right, then select Account settings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Click Sending Domains.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Make note of the authenticated domain already in use, then click the dots to the right of its name to expose the menu. Select \u201cView details\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n You will see the corresponding fields to copy\/paste into the new account records. Specifically, you will want to copy:<\/p>\n Name\/host<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Public record<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Private record<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n If you do not remember setting up a Campaign Monitor account, please open a ticket with Campaign Monitor here<\/u><\/a><\/strong>. Due to privacy regulations, Campaign Monitor won\u2019t tell us this information, so it\u2019s something the partner has to do themselves.
