You can see who has unsubscribed from your Campaign by navigating to your suppression list.<\/p>\n

To access\u00a0the<\/span>\u00a0suppression list, you must have at least one subscriber list. Then, to manage it:<\/p>\n

  1. Click\u00a0Lists & subscribers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click\u00a0Suppressions<\/strong>\u00a0on the left menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You will then see the suppression list, and the reason each email was added to the list. If they were\u00a0added automatically<\/u><\/a><\/strong>, the reason will be \u00ab\u00a0Unsubscribed\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Marked as Spam\u00a0\u00bb or \u00ab\u00a0Bounced\u00a0\u00bb. If you see \u00ab\u00a0Suppressed\u00a0\u00bb, it means the email address was added manually.<\/p>\n

    To export\u00a0the<\/span>\u00a0suppression list, in CSV or tab delimited format, select\u00a0Export list<\/strong>, above the table.<\/p>\n

    You can also click on the subscriber’s details to view their activity history.<\/p>\n
